I answer your questions about the treatment process.

I provide personalized treatment by combining Chiropractic — recognized by the WHO as a first-line treatment for spinal disorders — with the German-origin Ikomt concept training I received in advanced patient management and pain science. Every year I support hundreds of patients in recovering from spinal conditions.

Every tissue needs a certain amount of time to heal. After the assessment, taking into account both positive and negative factors affecting recovery, the expected recovery timeline is communicated clearly at the very start of the therapy process.

After a biopsychosocial evaluation, the patient's load capacity is determined and appropriate therapy is applied accordingly. Improvement is felt from the very first session and therapies are pain-free.

Recovery is a process that varies from person to person. Therapy typically takes an average of 6–8 sessions, though some patients may need fewer and others more. An estimated timeline specific to your case is shared at the initial assessment.

Yes. Being advised to have surgery does not mean it is too late to try conservative treatment. The vast majority of lumbar and cervical disc herniations can heal without surgery with the right treatment protocol. After a detailed assessment we will determine together the most appropriate approach for you.
